Vivofit not transferring data to iphone 5

Hi
My vivofit was working fine until last Friday. Now it 'synchs' and says it's connected but no data is transferred between vivofit and iPhone 5 Garmin connect..anyone else having problems and how do I solve this one..also how do I ,are sure blue tooth is turned on my vivofit device..that was one of the trouble shooting tips

Is there any solutions yet, as it seems to be syncing again but didn't yesterday's results didn't update, only today's. Also the sleep,was not recorded. Very frustrating when you are in a challenge, please resolve asap.

I'm having the same problem!!!! everything was fine then all of sudden it just stop! It says it's synchs but when i go to look there is nothing:( This is when i'm synching to my laptop. Help me!!!!
