Garmin connect not synching with Strava

Hi

I use the Edge 1000 and synch my rides to Garmin Connect via wi-fi.
I can see the activities on Garmin Connect.
I have linked Strava to Garmin Connect on the Strava page, and for sometime my rides uploaded across to Strava without issue.
A few weeks back the synch to Strava no longer happened.

Any ideas as to how I can get it working again?

Same here!!

With my Edge 1000, the activity uploads via wifi as soon as I get home, it appears at Garmin Connect, but never gets to Strava. If sync'd though the Garmin Express everything uploads as it's supposed to.

Not a clue on what the problem could be, but the wifi "auto-upload" is a nice feature, spoiled now by not being possible to sync with strava!

I am also starting to have these similar issues today with my Garmin 1000 and 920.

Rides are all synced nicely via bluetooth to my iPhone Garmin Connect. But Strava not synced.

Really appreciate if someone from Garmin can clarify what went wrong. Compatibility issues between Garmin connect and Strava due to new updates?

I am having the same issue on my 510. I am new to the garmin world but I my ride has synced to garmin connect but not to strava or my fitness pal eventhough they are paired correctly??

Any idea on a solution team garmin? It's very frustrating to have to deal with these issues after spending a lot of cash on the device, hoping it would make the process more efficient!

First, you're not talking to Garmin when you use these forums. With very few exceptions on the software forums, no one from Garmin reads them.

Second are you sure the problem is on Garmin's end? My activities have been flowing to Strava and Sporttracks as usual, and since there are so few complaints, I'd guess the problem is not widespread. Have you checked Strava's forums?
