Every time i try to upload previous runs from my device it simply cuts out after a minute or so. It used to work ok but hasn't for months now.
What can i do?
It sounds like you have a corrupt file on the 610. There are a few things that you can try. You should be able to do a Transfer All (I believe that this option is on the history menu) to try and force a transfer. If that doesn't work, then you may be able to determine the problem activity by looking at your history on the device. Typically it would be the first activity on the device that didn't transfer to Garmin Connect. You might be able to tell if the activity is corrupt on the device by loading it up and looking at the stats. Once you find the problem activity, delete it and then try to do the Transfer All again, you might have better luck.
If that doesn't work, you could go through your history and delete activities one at a time. If that doesn't work, you could always do a factory reset (you will lose all of your recorded activities and settings, so this is a bit of a last resort).
