Deregistered device still showing on garmin connect?

Hi, after giving my garmin forerunner 200 to my son and registering my new forerunner 15 onto my garmin connect I have unregistered the 220 using myGarmin, and it no longer shows there as a dvice. Why then does it still show up on my garmin connect page? I only want the 15 there, not the 220.

There are three places registration information for your device is kept. Garmin Express, Garmin Connect, and myGarmin. If you remove the device from Garmin Express (the software running on your PC/Mac), it should prompt you to remove the device from Garmin Connect (the web). So, depending on how you do things, you are going to have to remove the device from at least two places.

To remove the device from Garmin Express...

Start Garmin Express on your PC/Mac
Select the device you wish to remove from the dropdown box on the left.
Click the Device link on the right.
Click the Delete Device from Express link next to the image of the device.
You will be prompted to Remove, Keep or Retire the device from Garmin Connect. In your case I believe you want to remove it.
Click Confirm.

To remove the device from Garmin Connect...

Go to http://connect.garmin.com/modern/devices
Sign in if necessary.
Select the device to remove if necessary.
Click the settings icon (the gear icon) near the top of the page
Click Remove or Retire. I believe you want to remove the device.
You will probably be prompted to verify, I wasn't willing to click remove.

To remove the device from myGarmin...

Go to https://my.garmin.com
Sign in
Click View Your Registered Products
Click Remove next to the device you wish to remove.
Click Remove when prompted.
