Currently my wife and I have a Nuvi 1490T and a Nuvi 1490LMT.
I'm looking at replacing the 1490T since it doesn't have lifetime maps but I've run into a problem.
I've read that the set-up for the newer models has been changed and it's more difficult to use than the interface in the 1490's.
Does anyone have some input?
if this is the case I might just pay for the lifetime map upgrade and not replace the unit at all.
It has worked flawlessly and not having any map updates since 2010 is the only drawback.
Otherwise I would be looking for something similar to replace it.
5" screen, Lifetime Maps & Traffic.
Don't really wish to pay more than $200 American unless I can be convinces it would be worth it.
