garmin connect won't load

hi all

I read that there was an internal server error problem going around at the moment. I had this problem yesterday

That problem seems to have stopped but now all i get is a blank blue screen with this in the search bar

http://connect.garmin.com/modern/

it does not load passed this point any ideas ??

Had that issue yesterday today no syncing very disappointed in the quality of the web site

That blue screen is indicative of something blocking the download. Clicking on the link in the first post works fine for me. Ghostery is known to cause issues, but any ad or pop up blocker or av program etc could be the culprit.

Can't sync my fenix 2 for the last three days. "Unknown" issue is all I get. Frustrating!

Are you using Classic or Modern? If Modern via Express try posting your problem in the Express forum.

I agree Connect not loading for three days now. This is getting very annoying. They are going to start losing people (me)
back to fitbit if they don't get this issues fixed! Garmin website and App greatly lacking compared to competitors.

Its still doing the same thing as it was…… very disappointing I only got my Garmin 1000 4 weeks ago and this happens. Can anyone point me in the direction of another site I can use please as I am no longer going to use Connect. Thanks in advance.

Modern is working fine for me as is the link in the first post. You need to check your PC/ISP as the issue doesn't seem to be at the Garmin end.

I had the same problem and could not get beyond the blue home screen despite Garmin claims that it had been fixed. So I tried the old trick of turning the computer off and on again and bingo it worked. Hope it works for you
