I tried various browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) from various machines (Win7, Win8), but the privacy settings still don't appear....I get the following error message: "Failed to retrieve your profile information. Please try again later." I have been trying for a few days now...
I contacted Garmin with the exact same problem last week. It is impossible to change privacy settings on my account. The problem exists on all browsers, and all platforms including Android, Microsoft, and Apple. Garmin was able to duplicate the problem at their location and they were unable to give me a "work around". They acknowledged the problem was on their end, and indicated they would contact me when they had resolved the issue.
