Forerunner 310 XT not uploading data to through ANT

I've tried almost everything to get the device to upload data (going direct from the cable through Garmin Connect/ installing the ANT Agent on multiple computers/ resetting the watch) but every time I try to upload data, the watch will switch itself out of pairing mode during the transfer. Thus, every single time I try to transfer the data it never completes the action and the data never loads.

Any and all ideas or possible remedies will be entertained!!! I can't take it anymore.

There are a few issues here. First, you can't transfer data from the 310XT to a computer via the provided cable. That cable is only for charging. Second, the watch shouldn't be in pairing mode by the time the transfer starts. You should've completed the pairing process before you start transferring data.

Are you using the Garmin Express software, or are you using the old ANT Agent software? If you're using the ANT Agent, I'm going to suggest you uninstall it, remove all of the Garmin folders on your computer, and then install and configure Garmin Express.

If you continue to have problems, I'd suggest you post something in either the 310XT forum or in the Garmin Express forums. The Garmin Express forums have the advantage that Garmin support staff seem to be reading and responding to posts there.
