What changed since Oct 7? Since then I've been unable to transfer data from my 310XT. I've done master reset, removed the ANT from my laptop and reinstalled. When I recored a walk and set it up to data transfer it would not stop transferring.
Go the same thing over here... Got a 310XT which stopped syncing using the ANT Agent since Oct 17... Didn't install updates or anything; nothing changed. Tried reinstalling everything but to no avail. Not sure what is causing it: 310XT or the ANT agent? Everything worked fine up untill now...

If you've since done a master reset, all of your activity data that hadn't been downloaded from the device has been lost. As you probably know, doing a master reset should only be used as a last resort, not as an initial solution.
So the device says it was transferring data, you stopped it, and now you're claiming that it won't transfer data? It sounds like it was probably doing what it needed to do and you interrupted it. If you record a brief activity now, what happens? Does it attempt to transfer at all? If so, is there some reason you can't just let it do it's thing? If it doesn't try to transfer, what happens if you go to History > Transfer All?
Also, it seems that there is common thread here. Both of you are using the ANT Agent instead of Garmin Express. As I understand it, the ANT Agent is no longer supported. Have you tried removing the ANT Agent, removing all Garmin folders on your computer, and installing Garmin Express?
