Wondering if anyone can help me with this problem. From day 1 out of the box my heart rate monitor paired with my vivofit has been working except for the fact that it records 0 at random intervals. The intervals are ALWAYS on an exact minute from start of recording (e.g. 1:00 or 13:00 etc). I've done all the things support recommended - including cleaning, tightening, making sure software was up to date etc but it always does the same thing. My wife just got her (separate) vivofit and hrm and does exactly the same thing. Anyone have similar experiences? Any ideas?
