This happened a few weeks back ago as well. Still can't sync today (down for 10 hours now). I suspect IT issues and it's a shame that Garmin doesn't post anything in their Announcements forum.
Still not working after >24 hours and there seem to be other folks complaining via other threads, and a vague response from garmin quoting a DST switchover issue.
This sort of of outage ought to be made visible on connect.garmin.com so that we knwo where we stand and don't waste time repeatedly trying to upload and/or re-install software in case it is a local problem.
