"Sync Failed."

I have been using a Garmin FR70 since September. I sync to Garmin Connect via my ANT stick and then to Training Peaks. For the first few weeks, all was fine.

The past several weeks, I have gotten this "Sync Failed" error when trying to sync with Garmin Connect, but strangely enough, my data still made it to Connect and then to Training Peaks. Today was the first time none of the new data came over.

I have been doing a lot of reading of various forum threads, and I am sure there is a corrupted fit file somewhere in the Garmin Connect folder, but given that the syncing has somewhat "worked" for the past few weeks, how would I know which ones are corrupt? In the Express folder, there are a bunch of files in the PendingSyncDownloads subfolder, and the three new workouts are in the PendingSyncUploads subfolder.

Of course, I am on a Mac, so not sure how to best troubleshoot this.

Any information or guidance would be hugely appreciated.

Thank you.

There was an issue with the Garmin Connect servers earlier on that was caused by a change from Daylight Savings time to Standard time. This issue has since been resolved and you should find that your file will now upload.

    cheers

Thank you, Mike. I wish that would work, but it didn't.

In fact, I am still getting the same error, and it looks like I am stuck uploading a particular file for Connect. Is this the file that is corrupted? Should I delete this file?
