Why my activity can be seen in Basecamp and not in Garmin Connect ?

Hi everybody,

I faced a problem on uploading an activity from my Oregon 450. I can see the activity in Base Camp, but when I'm trying to send it to Garmin Connect, there is an error message "Internal Server Error". I tried to upload it manually and also via Basecamp, but it doesn't work. Any suggestion ? Thanks, Rodrigo Alfaia.

hi Rodrigo,

I have read that there are currently issues with uploading to GC due to a time zone change somewhere in the world? I may have been lucky in getting my files to upload so I guess patience until the time zone issue is resolved is now needed.
