Cannot upload to garmin connect

Just completed a brevet and my G510 (v3.20) stored the fit file.
The problem is that I cannot upload (2014-11-02) the activity to Garmin Connect. Tried Garmin Express (3.2.19.0) (Windows 7-64bit), the old web application of Garmin Connect and the android application (via blue tooth).

The strange thing is that I was able to upload without a problem this activity (using the Garmin Plugin) to Strava, MapMyRide and RideWithGps.

Any ideas?

    I have not been able to sync my vivofit with garmins servers since the 1th of january 2015? is the garmin servers not working?

    Just tried uploading from my garmin 210 and it didn't work. Worked fine on the 1st and 2nd.

    Similarly can't upload data to Garmin connect, had the same issue yesterday until 9:30am WST (Australian).

    Seems to get data from my device ok, just doesn't like the garmin servers

    Don't even want it on Garmin connect, just want to get the GPX files for STRAVA. Why can't I just access my data easily (browse device, download latest file, job done)???

    I can't upload either with my 910. the new files from 2015 have a 2009 date on the fit file in my explorer after the agent copies them to my computer. The activities are also sorted so the 2015 file are the oldest when scrolling on the device.

    There's another forum thread about this same issue. Garmin is having server problems and they are working on it.

    Thanks heavens I'm not alone :-).
    Would be nice though if Garmin would show a banner or something on the GC-website that there is a problem and that their working on it.


    Garmin use their Facebook page for status updates.

    Have not been able to upload from my 610 since Saturday. I used Garmin Connect to transfer data to my TrainingPeaks account for my coach and have not been able to update that.

    My VivoFit has uploaded a couple of times during that time frame but is spotty.

    Sure wish I had sold my stock in Garmin before this happened. Kinda sucks.
  • Same issue with uploading. Began on Saturday. On Sunday morning my bike loaded but my PM run was a no-go. Biked again tonight and yet again it didn't load. Any word from @garminconnect? Would be nice to hear some proactive diagnosis when there are network issues.
