Cannot upload to garmin connect

Just completed a brevet and my G510 (v3.20) stored the fit file.
The problem is that I cannot upload (2014-11-02) the activity to Garmin Connect. Tried Garmin Express (3.2.19.0) (Windows 7-64bit), the old web application of Garmin Connect and the android application (via blue tooth).

The strange thing is that I was able to upload without a problem this activity (using the Garmin Plugin) to Strava, MapMyRide and RideWithGps.

Any ideas?

Cannot upload either and getting either "Unknown Error" (via USB to computer) or "Sync Failed Server Error (via Bluetooth to Connect App on ios).

I tried different browsers and also re-installed the 4.0 firmware via WebUpdater, so guessing as other posters indicated that problem lies with Garmin and hopefully they will fix today or by latest tomorrow.

Lots of frustrated NYC marathoners I bet :(

Thanks heavens I'm not alone :-).
Would be nice though if Garmin would show a banner or something on the GC-website that there is a problem and that their working on it.

Having the same problem with garmin express version: 3.2.16.0 .
Looks like a server issue for me.

Same issue with Garmin Connect and a vivofit. Fails with server error.

Although why on earth Connect can't get the data, display it locally, then start a separate process to upload it to Garmin - I can't understand. Split the events, do a local sync, then upload it.

Still the same issue here as well. Sync Failed Server Error whether I'm hard wired or not. Maybe the volume of New York Marathoners crashed the servers. Either way, it shouldn't take so long to fix. Maybe it's due to the latest update they pushed.

Another one. Unbelievable, Next one will be Suunto. Many issues since they upgrades to express. I never had an issue with the old one.
