Two files won't upload to Connect

I have used the online repair tool to no avail and can't use the Access-based tool as I'm on a Mac.

I don't know if this is a corruption issue, but I'm assuming it is. Can anyone help?




ps excuse my phenomenally slow running - it's part of a plan, honest.

  • I was able to get today's run off the 310xt by uninstalling everything Garmin on my computer, installing Ant Agent, plugging the ANT device directly into the computer instead of into a USB hub, finally being able to pairing it, et voila, I was able to import the sole activity on the device into Training Center. No, Ant Agent could not upload to Garmin Connect, either. It still gave me an error. Maybe it was partially shut down because of the issue.

    Again today Garmin Express failed to upload the runs from the device, but I was able to upload manually today and the runs look fine in GC so it seems like these corruptions are not in themselves fatal.
