Help with file with corrupt time data

Hello there,
My garmin seems to have lost the plot and done some crazy time data during my run that have put all the stats wrong- would any of you lovely people be able to fix it for me?
I have attached the naughty file in question.

Can't supply it in a FIT format but I think this is what you want in TCX

A very easy fix for the Fit File Repair Tool - fit file.

I did look at the file repair tool but didn't have Microsoft access and was hoping this blip was a one off that that someone on here would help with! Which you have, so thankyou!
