Garmin Express sync data is not working

Dear Garmin support,
recently I bought a new 310XT and installed G. Express. At the beginning it worked fine but last 14 days I'm experiencing troubles trying to synchronize my watch with the computer. Or the Sync button greyes out and is impossible to sync it or the ANT+ is not found. I have already tried several solutions found here on the forum (erasing the Device folder), uninstalled and installed back the G.Express but nothing seems to work any more. Last time it took me more than one hour to sync my watch and it's really unsupportable keeping in mind that I bought a 300 $ watches!

So, could you please provide me with a proper solution that will work 100 % and not only some partical solutions you're trying to give instead of fixing your software's bugs?? Have the 4.50 GE version.
