This is an important issue and one we are tracking progress on carefully.
We've seen most of our users successfully sync over the weekend but it looks like around 20% have not seen a workout upload since Thursday or Friday last week. This is fairly unusual considering the typical workout frequency of our users (although it is starting winter in some of the world). We're also hearing support issues of failed sync and it looks like there is quite a lot of users on social media reporting upload problems as recent as a few minutes ago.
You may attempt to resolve this sync issue by going to your My Account > Sharing page on SportTracks.mobi and removing the Garmin Connect link, then adding the link again. In *theory* this should trigger GC to force a sync for the weekend again.
If you don't see your workout come over in 10-15 minutes you should contact Garmin support directly with your account information:

Unfortunately the API technology works by Garmin -PUSHING- your data to SportTracks. So if we don't get any of your workouts sent to us, there isn't much we can do.
Sorry Strava, Endomondo and Training Peaks users I can't help you with support. Good luck. :)
I did the above suggestion of deauthorizing, reauthorizing Sporttracks mobi (ST) a couple of times and no luck. Oddly, I tried removing the 'permission' of the ST connection on the Garmin Connect side and it wouldn't let me. The little spinner/circle thing that shows its 'thinking' flashed briefly, but the permission did not get removed. Workouts are in GC and loaded in to BT (beginnertriathlete.com) which I don't use in favor or ST. So, BT is another one that its working for.
UPDATE: I was using Chrome when I went into GC to remove the permission which didn't let me remove it. I went in to GC thru IE, removed the permission; removed the connection between ST and GC on the ST side, then reconnected them. I checked that the permission is back on the GC side and it is. Now I am just waiting a bit to see if the workouts from 10/31, 11/01, & 11/02 will appear at ST.
It would be really really helpful of Garmin would post an update on this. Synchronization with Strava and Beginner Triathlete did not work this weekend either. If Garmin wants people to use Express and wants developers to PAY THEM to use their API, then the stoopid thing should actually work.
Uploads didn't work at all for me yesterday afternoon using any device. Monday morning's workout uploaded normally but the Sunday workout still did not upload. My Saturday workouts uploaded to GC but did not synchronize.
I would feel a lot less upset about this is Garmin would let us know what is going on, etc.
