I update through Express, and it says after the download that the software is up to date. But then upon restart, it wants to re-download again. I'm in Russia and the time zone just changed, so I'm an hour off. From other posts, Time Zone 15 will fix this, but somehow it doesn't take. I'm on Windows 7 with a Forerunner 610. Any suggestions?
I have exactly the same issue but with 500 Edge. i have not been able to resolve the problem and it is extremely annoying, as sometimes it even blocks Garmin Express.
