Open water swim temperature chart

Hi there,
I have a Fenix 2. The Open Water Swimming charts are not showing temperature when I log into Garmin Connect. It shows pace and strokes. However:
- The Hiking activity charts include temperature
- A friend also with a Fenix 2 can see the temperature chart for Open Water Swimming
Are you able to assist with setting temperature chart?
