Connect does not recognize the device despite it is reconized by express.

Hi all,

I've installed garmin express and when I connect my Oregon 550, (via USB), it starts automatically and identifies the device as connected, but when I open Garmin connect it still saying I have no devices in Garmin Connect and when I click in the link to "Add a device using Garmin Express" It goes to the Garmin Express download page even with it already installed in my Laptop!!

Any idea about what I'm doing wrong???

I'm using a Laptop with win7.

The Oregon 550 needs to be manually uploaded to Connect, it won't sync automatically. For how to do that read here
