Problem map garmin

Hi all,

i have a problem with my fenix 2 and the maps. In my activity the maps aren't visible, like in this http://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/615891579/1?lang=it. The map point to kansas and i can't see the track, why? Thanks

I have the same issue.
It seems to happen when the Fenix 2 messes up .fit files, and introduce some weird date in 2019 (can be seen in the gpx and tcx export).

The funny thing, is that the garmin connect android app shows the map fine, as well as the graphs, but garmin connect web shows none of them.

I have the same issue.

The problem is that is the second track that do this, and i have try to reset it but nothing. HELP!!! :(

It happens to me at basically every run now. I also tried to factory reset and everything. No luck.
We are not the only ones either.

Edit: Actually, I just looked at the gpx and tcx files from your activity, and it doesn't seem to be the same problem as I have - sorry about that. But the symptoms are the same: no map, no graphs.

In fact this is the problem ... the graphs.... i wait a response by garmin support.....
