HTTP Status 500 - Incorrect result size: expected 1, actual 2

Hi,

when I want to accept my new 1Km reccord, I have this message : "HTTP Status 500 - Incorrect result size: expected 1, actual 2". Same on modern and old UI and "Unknow error" on Android app.
