Trouble uploading activities to Garmin Connect

I cannot upload activities to Garmin Connect. Automatic upload seems not to be working and although Connect recognises my device it then hangs when about 95% complete uploading new activities. Please advise.

  • Have you installed Garmin Express? Have you connected the device to your computer via a USB cable, and if so, did your computer recognize the device?

    Yes. Yes and Yes. I have been using Garmin Connect for a year now with no problems - uintil recently when I am experiencing the issues as described. I can manually upload the files but that is a bit of a pain.

    910xt connecting to Express but activities are not transferring to connect

    I have serious issues with the transfer of activities from Garmin Express to Garmin Connect, both recognize my 910xt, but the last activity it recognized is in September, help!!

    In Garmin Express, select your device from the drop down and then click the Device button. Scroll down to the area where you can enter your Garmin Connect account information, and re-enter that information. Then try uploading an activity.
