Forerunner 10 will not connect to 'Garmin Connect'

When I attempt to view data at Garmin connect, I receive the following message only:

HTTP Status 403
type Status report
message Not logged in
description Access to the specified resource (Not logged in) has been forbidden.

I am on a Mac.
This is a new Forerunner, and I am yet to be able to connect.
Any ideas?

If I enter preferences and choose 'Send Logs to Garmin', it asks for a code 'provided by Garmin Customer Care'. I have no such code. I don't know if this would solve the problem.
  • That's presumably because Garmin Customer care aren't aware of your problem, have you called Product Support

    Since getting your new FR10 what exactly have you done to try to log in, use Connect etc?
