Correcting bad info?

Hey, all!
I was not able to locate anything quite related (somewhat, but not quite) so throwing this out there...

I am Notorious for finishing a run, hike, ride, whatever - and not stopping the timer - until it beeps at me as we are driving away to let me know how many more laps we have done (not)... hence wildly skewing the data. I do not run at near the pace of my car. ;)

What would be fabulous is if you could look at the route after it is uploaded, drop a pin where you Actually stop... and delete everything from that point (and of course, recalculate stats - hey, ask big or not at all!)

This would do nothing for the times I fail to hit the start button when i start... sigh. Old, blonde woman here, what can I say? But at least it would get me more reliable information if I blow the stop point.

Thanks!

there is nothing official to fix the issue you are having but there are a number of tools available that can resolve your dilemma - the best one IMHO is the Fit File Repair Tool.

there are a number of us who are active in all the forums that have full versions of FFRT and are more than happy to resolve suspect files. All we need is, preferably, the original file and a time/distance that everything after that point is not required.

    cheers
