OLD view vs MODERN view: missing activities on both

Before I upgraded to the latest version of GARMIN connect I could toggle between the old view and modern. Now, the modern won't show activities before 2010 yet the old view goes back to 2008. The new view shows my latest activities but when I go to page view it doesn't show any since the update date.

Is this a common issue????????? Is there a fix???????

Also the icons in the upper left of the screen don't do anything. The =, the filebox, the arrows and the person.. nothing... no options, no menus??????

Something is blocking your Connect then. Settings for example appear when you click on the head. Check what could be doing it, ghostery for example is known to cause issues.

Can I toggle between garmin connect modern view and the older view? How I do not see a setting?

In modern, click the head/shoulders icon on the left and choose Switch to Classic Temporarily. From classic, there is a Switch to Modern link near the top of the page.
