Split an activity in two?

I forgot to reset my watch after having tracked my pulse during a coaching sesson, where i did not do a lot, other that just sit an listen.

After the coaching sesson, i went and did some cardio and strenght training - but because i forgot to reset the whatch, the two things are now tracked as one. Is it possible to split the training in two?
As you can see, there is no GPS info, cause both sessions was done inside..

This is the training, I would like to make the split in the time 55:00 - can anyone do that for me? So I have two sessions instead of one?
