This application fails in the basic ease of use when it comes to uploading data. I cannot, have synched to Strava, synched to my computer, done everything and the Garmn device is sitting right now plugged in with the devices clearly ready for upload cause I just did it with Strava. But will the super geek software programmers out there please tell me how to simply UPLOAD. Is it that hard man? Geez its frustrating.
What device are you using? Can you use the manual upload? Is this problem related to Express? If so you should post your query in the Express forum where the Express team visit frequently.
Something is wrong with your set up somewhere as Connect works for me and many others.
