1650 Nuvi stuck on Logo on startup fails reset

I have read many positive and negative results to reset the stuck Gamin LOGO on power up.

It has worked for 3 yrs and stuck now permamently. What is the prognosis? H/W failure ? Flash Error?

I have tried drain battery reset, Charge on USB press power button and hold finger in upper left or lower right and even on the Red triangle.

It will not get recognized by Windows on the USB port..
Sometimes the USB port would start then stop by Win Sound notification.
Once it got as far as loading Maps subtitle
Sometimes when disconnect it would show a prompt to stay ON but failed to boot.

Help!
