Ride maps not appearing correctly in Modern View

The last few rides I have uploaded from my Edge 705 are behaving oddly. After the upload, the ride statistics seem correct (distance, speed, cadence, etc), and the little thumbnail map that appears in the 'Activities' pane of the main page also looks OK. But if I click the activity to bring up the full screen view of it, Garmin Connect gives me a map of Kansas (1500+ miles away from where my ride took place). If I scroll the map to Southern California (where the ride actually took place), Garmin Connect does not show any route trace at all.

If I switch from Modern View to Classic View, then the ride map appears correctly.

This used to work OK, but I starting having this problem about a week or so ago.

Has there been an upgrade to the site that might have caused this problem?

I encoutered a similar problem: I came back from a hiking trip and uploaded 3 hiking activities from my fenix2. One appears OK with statistics and trace of my route on the map. However for the two other activities, in the "Activities" panel of the main page, the map and the route trace (with thumbnail) look OK but in the detail view of the activity, I have also the map of Kansas city and no trace of my route. Moreover in my two activities I had registered different splits with the watch, which are not shown at all. Switching back to the Classic View shows me all these informations correctly (route trace, splits). The only difference of these 2 activities with the third one is that they last about 4-5 hours, while the thid one last last 1:30 hours...For my part, it was the first time that I observed this problem. I have tried to delete and upload the data again without sucess. I hope that this bug can be fix soon.thx.

I have exactly the same problem using a Fenix 2. I have several activities where the map shows ok in the small view but then only shows a map of Kansas in the detailed view. If I switch to the classic view it shows the route ok.
