Insufficient privileges to export TCX from GC

When I try to export a TCX file from Garmin Connect (which used to work fine), I get the following error screen:

HTTP Status 403 - You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 612818984.

type Status report

message You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 612818984.

description Access to the specified resource (You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 612818984.) has been forbidden.
