Is there an issue with uploading to Garmin Connect over the past 12-24 hours?

As of yesterday afternoon I have had a problem uploading workouts to Garmin Connect. I first tried to upload a run from the fenix2 directly through the charging cable to my PC (which I've done 100 times before). After getting a Sync Error message from Garmin Express, I tried to upload via bluetooth (which I've also done successfully many times before) and the sync failed. I then tried to sync a Garmin 910xt via Ant+ stick and that failed. I then tried to upload a 5' workout from my garmin edge and it uploaded successfully. Any thoughts on a fix would be greatly appreciated.
I'm having the same issue using my Garmin Forerunner 310XT. I'm getting the "tranferring Data" message, so all appears to be working well, but the data never uploads. I checked into this a bit further and confirmed that the file from yesterdays workout is not saving onto my computer. Is there a fix for this?
Yes I haven't been able to upload any runs to garmin connect the last 2 days after upload to ant agent I get a failed to transfer to garmin connect message.
As of today, I'm having exactly the same problem as this (see below) only for a 910 - data uploaded last night but not now. Have reinstalled Express and deleted device/added but the data doesn't appear

If you're having issues uploading/synching via Express please post in the Express forum, that's where the Garmin Express team are active, they can't be everywhere :)
I've the same problem with sending data from Ant Agent to Garmin Connect: "Activity transfer to Garmin Connect failed". It's not caused by broken file, I could transfer all of them manually but this connection problem irritates. Do you know, if there is an actual issue on Garmin servers or it is local problem of some users (see posts above)? Could you advice to trace/analyze such connection problems?
I'm having the same problem as well. It seems to have occurred after an automatic windows update on my laptop. I've tried re-pairing the device but still does not work. Garmin Express advises that I have 2 updates to install but I'm also unable to do that.
I'm still getting error message "Activity transfer to Garmin Connect failed" by transfer from Garmin Ant Agent to Garmin Connect.
I think in my case this is an authentication problem.
then I'm getting popup window with question about user/password.
But after providing correct user/password the error message occurs:
"Garmin Ant Agent(tm) encountered a network error "12031" attempting to authenticate with Garmin Connect, please try again.
Contact Garmin support if this problem continues."
The user user/password is correct, I can login to Garmin Connect with this credits through browser.
