error message trying to connect to Garmin Express

I am trying to connect to Garmin Express for the first time and keep getting this error message

HTTP Status 403 - Not logged in

anyone have any idea whats going wrong

Bit more information would be nice i.e what kind of device (refrigerators and washing machines do not connect) :-)
