VivoFit will not sync with phone or computer

I traveled in late September and was able to sync my VivoFit to my phont (iPhone) when I arrived at my destination. But upon traveling home a few days later, VivoFit will no longer sync to my phone. I have been able to sync to my computer until this morning, when it will no longer sync. I am following all directions that I can find and until last month I didn't have any problems syncing to my phone. Please advise regarding this issue.
Does it connect to the phone but syncing fails or does it not connect.
What I've found that if there are 2 Bluetooth connections within range, they can interfere with each other, My VA3 won't connect to my Android phone if my iPad's BT is turned on.
