Syncing one garmin device with more than one computer

After borrowing a friend's Garmin for a run whilst mine was broken, I synced the watch to my Garmin connect. I inadvertently downloaded all of his un-downloaded data too. Now he can't seem to download all his data. Is there anyway he can do this? Can it be undone?

Is the device still connected to his GC account? Or did u add the device to your account?
there is always the option to manually upload the activities.

In modern connect choose the sports than find Activities. on the right u find a Manual upload button.
if u connect the watch to your PC it finds it and shows the activities on the watch.
