manual items input into garmin Connect, not syncing to Strava

am I missing the drift here - ?

I have several items I have manually input into Garmin Connect via "+ Manual Activity" - input manually as I use a polar for stationery bike riding, (and Garmin Edge 500 for outdoor cycling, which automatically uploads to Strava)

These items are clearly seen in Garmin Connect.

For days now, I am unable to see the items in Strava, even though Strava assures me I am linked.

The Garmin Edge items are in Strava; just not the manually entered items.

Anybody shed some light ? I've spent hours on the web, but going round in circles.

Strava gets the raw .fit files from your device pretty much as soon as they are uploaded to GC, just as if you uploaded it directly to Strava from your Edge. They never see anything you enter on Garmin…

Strava gets the raw .fit files from your device pretty much as soon as they are uploaded to GC, just as if you uploaded it directly to Strava from your Edge. They never see anything you enter on Garmin Connect. So your manually added activities will have to be manually added to Strava.
