Swim distance - Miles Broken

Is anyone else showing miles swam instead of yards? My graphics used to be correct but the latest update seems to have broken everything and now I am a superman swimmer doing 2000 miles as a warm up... it sounds like that iron man swim will be a piece of cake...unless that is now 4000 miles

Sorry everyone! We are aware of the bug and working to get out a fix out as soon as we can. It seems to only affect the distance displayed on the widget, the activity details are correct when viewing the activity.

It would be great if we could get an update as to when this should be fixed.

Good luck Laura. I've had an outstanding query with Garmin on this Connect issue since 5th October. They got back to me yesterday with the message in quotes below - basically no info, just [in my opinion unnecessary] questions [seemingly to delay giving a real answer]. In response I've stated that it is my understanding from comments on the Garmin forum from their own employees that they are aware of this problem (see PZ_Rider's apology above). I've told them that, in light of this, asking me to submit the extensive details they've requested below seems to be a wholly unnecessary barrier to getting feedback from them. If this was an isolated incident fair enough, but I've been having ongoing issues with both hardware and software for months now and not one of their staff seem armed with the appropriate level of training to successfully troubleshoot issues or provide any continuity of service. To say I feel aggrieved with their lack of adequate post sale customer care is a massive understatement, especially given the amount I have invested in Garmin technology:

“Thank you for contacting Garmin Europe.
