Deja Vu (device sync menu, tour connect,...)

Connect thinks that I should upgrade my Fenix 2 even though I'm on the latest firmware. If I go to the devices portlet, I get,

A Software Update is Available:
Your version: 4.00
Latest version: 4.00

When I delete the software update entry in the device sync queue, it goes away until I log in again, and then it comes back.

When 4.00 was released, I got the usual Software Update entry there ("Fenix 2, Version 4.00"), but it also has two other items: "Text, fenix". What does that mean?

Is there some way I can convince Connect that I'm up-to-date?

Similarly, every single time I log in, Connect wants me to take the tour. Is there some way to keep that from showing up all the time?
