Data Transfer from 610 fails repeatedly

For months now I have been trying to upload my data from my 610 to my laptop,using Ant Agent.
Everytime I try it gets to about 7% and then fails. Tonight I got to 23% then it failed.
Please help?

PS: Have had the same problem with Garmin Connect on another computer.

It is possible that the activity file on your 610 is corrupt. The solution to that would be to find the problem activity file and delete it from the device. Yes, this does mean that you'll lose the activity data forever, but it also means you might be able to sync your other activity data moving forward.

Hi, thanks Travis I had the same problem and this initially caused a freeze on Data Transfer, then blank screen on another transfer and repeated Data Transfer failures until I found one corrupt Activity File,(had no info when opened) which I deleted from the 610. Nearly thought the 610 time was up at only 16 months old.
