My Garmin 410 won't stop updating the new software

I went online and found I needed to update my software on my Garmin 410. It worked perfectly, except now my ANT Agent keeps saying it has new data to transfer and just continually updating the data. How do I stop this? I've quit ANT and restarted, rebooted computer, did a hard reset of watch and it still won't stop.
