Fenix 2: Running Cadence Graph not shown on Garmin Connect

Hi,

Could somebody help me please? After my run, I sync the data to Garmin Connect. The problem is the graph of running cadence is not shown. The data is shown and recorded while I was running. The number is also there when I transfer data to Garmin Connect. My Fenix2 watch has been updated to v.4.0 already.

Just do Reset to Run Activity: Menu -> Settings -> Activity -> Run -> Rest.
This will fix the issue

i have the same problem. I tried much settings in my training( workout, run, trail run vs.). my device (fenix 2 v.4.20) is recorded run dynamics, i can see on watch but when i transfered data to garmin connect i can't see this parameters. it transfered data as other, not run. Also when i set the activities from others to run, i see cadence numbers (not running dynamics graphics) but it divided half (exp. I run 180 spm, garmin connect say 90 smp).

so how can we solve this problem or bug.

Problem is fixed. Today I reset the run activity and everything turn the normal. I see running dynamics graphics now.
