Garmin Connect will not up load data from Forerunner 410

i have recently bought a new laptop and loaded Ant Agent software so I could upload data directly by bluetooth. However when ever i try to upload I get the message " Garmin Ant Agent encountered a network error "12007" attempting to authenticate with Garmin Connect, please try again. Contact Garmin support if this problem persists
