webpage not displaying properly in 'modern'

I've deleted history, I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and still can not get Garmin Connect to display properly- I get a listing of features on the site on the left side of the screen. Any ideas? I've been at this for an hour+ and am no further ahead.
