Data screens not changing

My data screen fields have stopped adjusting to the changes I make when I change the info for each field. In addition, even if I have selected 2 or 3 pieces of data to show, when I go to Preview and/or when I actually press "start" only 1 piece of data shows up. This was not previously occurring. What can I do to fix this?
