Connect Charts

Is there any way to customize connect charts, the information they show is not very useful. On my "timing" chart the graph displays units between 0 and 30 min/mile while my pace usually only varies between 5-12 min/mile. It would be nice to be able to see the charts on a bigger view with more restricted pace's. The same is also true for "cadence" and "elevation" charts....

Along the same lines, I would also be interested in a best fit trend line (polynomial??) on the timing chart. The pace's that are represented are too volitle to make much use of, and I am pretty sure my paces are not as erratic at the charts are showing.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
  • I would also like the ability to decide which columns show up in the Splits section, and in what order. It is very frustrating to have to scroll to see all the columns, then lose track of what split you are analyzing because you can't see the first column anymore. I want to be able to customize what I see in the splits section.
  • When tracking mouse over charts, the chart will mark the spot and show a label indicating the distance OR time, plus the pace/elevation/cadence, depending on chart type. The distance or time is based on the x axis selected. It would be great if it would indicate both time AND distance, independent of distance/time x-axis.
  • +1 for customizing the x-axis. A 0-30 min/mile range makes the chart impossible to use.

I believe your wish has been fulfilled in the modern view. You can make a selection and analyze that.

In addition it would be nice if the average values (pace, heart rate, Cardence) dynamically adjusted based on the selection made within the chart. Now it always shows the averages of the total activity.

+1, the classic view has this ability and I am missing it bad over on the modern view!
