Garmin Connect logged me in as a different user!

I have seen this before, and usually ignore it, but this morning when I went to the Garmin connect page, I am already assumed to be authenticated but I am another person!!! I even managed to delete an activity, and change their name! My apologies to "random person" in San Francisco (I have the details but won't publish publicly).

Needless to say, this is very concerning.
  • OK, WHAT IS GOING ON Garmin? I opened a new tab in Chrome, and another user's profile appears (Italy this time). If I close that, then open a new tab, I get another random user.

    The only way to get my OWN profile is to log the current random user out.

    I have more or less same problems..he is not recognizing my vivofit as mine. I get no information off account. Beside that i can log in with edge 100 or fenix 2.
  • Garmin Connect staff don't monitor these forums regularly and maybe not even at all. Try contacting Product Support
  • Thanks - I have been contacted by Product Support but heard nothing back. I got the same error this morning - logged in as a completely different user and had full access to their profile and data.
