Unable to access account - Wrongly thinks I'm under 13

I'm unable to access my GarminConnect with error message saying users under 13 cannot access Garmin Connect and account will be deleted!
This is weird because I am 38! Been using GarminConnect for almost a year now. I checked the year of birth in profile (web) and it is the correct year, so not sure what to do.
Please help!

Issues have been solved. Thanks to super fast response of garmin support team. I got an email reply within an hour of sending email (US) and responded (from Taiwan).
