Garmin Won't Upload

I have a Garmin 305 and have been trying to upload my runs yesterday. Nothing was uploading.
I deleted Garmin Express then re-download the old ANT agent.
I had the same problem, started yesterday afternoon. Did trouble shooting and no change, acts like it transfers but doesn't transfer anything. Even did transfer all and nothing… Garmin?
In some cases the problem has been that the user is somehow getting a second Garmin Connect account. When they upload their activities, they go to one account, and when they login to look at their data with the other account, nothing is there.
Assuming that you didn't screw up your Garmin Express installation by installing the ANT Agent.... To rule this out as the problem, open Garmin Express, select the device from the devices dropdown and then click the Device link. Then scroll down and click the Change Account button and sign in with the same username and password that you'd use to sign in to the Garmin Connect website. Once you've done that, create a short activity and try to upload it. Then login and check to see that the activity is there.
As a last resort, you should be able to find your activities stored on your computer. Assuming that you are using a recent version of Windows, the files should be somewhere in C:\programdata\garmin\GarminConnect\<DeviceID>\Upload\FIT_TYPE_4. You should be able to manually upload those files to Garmin Connect via the Import link on the Activities page of the modern Garmin Connect.
